Supply of WASH (Water, Sanitation and Hygiene) Kits for 14 Pacific Islands Countries (Cook Is, Fiji, Kiribati, RMI, FSM, Nauru, Niue, Palau, Samoa, Solomon Is, Tokelau, Tonga, Tuvalu, Vanuatu)

Invitation to Bid (ITB) 2021/8-9167668 - Long Term Arrangement (LTA) for Supply of WASH (Water, Sanitation and Hygiene) Kits

UNICEF wishes to enter into a Long Term Arrangement for a period of 36 months (i.e. 3 years) for the supply of WASH (Water, Sanitation and Hygiene) Kits.

Please find attached the breakdown list for the WASH Kit.

Within the scope of the LTA, it will be important to ensure that you consider the following aspects:
1. There are standby LTAs mostly as preparedness so may only be used during emergencies or potentially not at all if no emergencies arise.
2. Packed weight and volume of supply items and kit packaging.
3. Speed at which you can supply different quantities of items.
4. Expiry date on products# longer expiry dates preferred.
5. Likely bottle necks on supply availability (e.g. if one item in a kit will
delay production massively, can you flag and/or propose alternatives.
6. Environmental sustainability of products (minimize plastics/pollution as appropriate).

Shortlisted Bidders from Solomon Islands, Kiribati, Vanuatu and FSM will be requested to deliver samples to UNICEF offices located in those countries respectively. Bidders from all other countries should arrange delivery of samples to the UNICEF Suva office located on the 5th floor of the Fiji Development Bank Building, 360 Victoria Parade, Suva
