The objective of this tender is to identify and procure a professional enterprise/independent institution/company/non-governmental research or public organization with a thorough and proven experience in Rapid Environmental assessments and relevant services to protecting staff from environmental hazards, providing an early warning function and ensuring emergency preparedness.
Expected Contract Duration: 3 years with possibility of extension for up to 5 years

The OSCE Special Monitoring Mission to Ukraine has issued Clarification Note No. 1 referring to RFP/SMM/77/2020 Provision of Rapid Environmental Safety and Health Impact Assessment Services to OSCE SMM to Ukraine. All prospective Bidders are advised to regularly visit the OSCE web-site to view any amendment made to the Bidding Documents. The clarifications and amendments will be binding on the Bidders. The OSCE will assume neither responsibility nor liability for the Bidder's non-familiarity with any amendment issued pursuant to any provision herein.
