7.0 Manuals:
7.1 Operators hand book (printed or in CD) in Amaric or English, one for each unit
7.2 The cost of the manuals should be included DAP/DAT cost of the equipment
8.0 Spare Parts:
8.1 A list of manufacturer’s recommended spare parts, sufficient for 2 years of operation must be submitted for each unit. The list must be itemised, costed and submitted with your bid.
8.2 Spare parts to be packaged as a set with each sprayer
8.3 State the percentage of spare parts being offered
9.0 After sales service:
9.1 Supply the name, Tel./Fax number and email or postal address of your service agents in Ethiopia or neighbouring countries
9.2 The bid price must include the cost of delivery and installation
10.0 Warranty:
10.1 A full and clear manufacturer’s warranty statement transferable with the ownership of the equipment (FAO or end-user) must be submitted with your bid detailing the terms and conditions that are being offered. The minimum requirement is for a twelve months warranty period.
