TENDER COMPRENSIVE MOTOR VEHICLE INSURANCE COVERAGLE FOR THE BANK’S FLEET

The Bank needs to recruit an eligible insurance broker to provide a blanket comprehensive insurance coverage for its fleet of vehicles located at the Head Quarters in Abidjan, Cote d’Ivoire and in the Regional Directorate and Country Offices. To this end, it is launching the above referenced request for proposals targeted at insurance or reinsurance brokerage firms.

Interested bidders must originate from one of the Bank’s member countries, the list of which is provided at www.afdb.org/.

 The scope of the project and the forms to be completed are described in the Request for Proposals (RFP) document that is available for downloading from http://www.afdb.org/en/about-us/corporate-procurement/procurement-notices/current-solicitations/.

Bidders who wish to submit an offer will be required to register at the Bank’s vendor database through https://eprocurement.afdb.org/sap/bc/webdynpro/sap/zsup_reg_submit#.

The Bank will organize a pre-bid conference on 04 November 2020 at 10h00 hours local time in Abidjan.  Bidders may attend the pre-bid conference in person or remotely via videoconference.

The proposals should be submitted in electronically via AfDB e-Procurement portal. The link for electronic submission is : https://eprocurement.afdb.org/irj/portal  by 23 Nov. 2020 at 1200 hrs, Abidjan local time.

The Bank will reject late bids.

Bidders will be advised in due time of the results of the procurement process.
