New clarification added: Question 2. One bidder has requested clarification on the number of fuel filters for the 500KVA generator whether they are two or not.Answer. Yes there are two Fuel Filters: 1. Primary Fuel Filter (Replacement Filter Element) Small Part Number CH10930 2. Secondary Fuel Filter ( Replacement Filter Element) Big Part Number CH10931 Question 3; One bidder also requested to know whether same generator 500 KVA has a fuel injection pump and the fuel injection pump gear other than a fuel transfer pump.Answer: Yes the Generator has a Fuel Transfer Pump and not Fuel Injection Pump Gear.Question 4; One bidder requested to know whether or not the battery that is most suitable is the N100, 12V and 100Amps rather than the one that has been indicated on the bid document.Answer; The battery which is currently being used for generator A (Perkins 2500 Series) is INCOE MF N100/95E41R (12V 100Ah RC 150mm) 600 CCA.Thank you.

New clarification added: 1. One bidder asked on how s/he gets access to the solicitation document on the website.Answer.You can find the access on the soliciation document when you click on the document section of the e-sourcing tab. This will take you to all the returnable forms that you can print to prepare your bid and once you finalize your bid you can use thesame link to submit your offer.Thank you
