Integrated Detection System (Explosives, Radioactivity and Nuclear Materials)

Further to our request for Expression of Interest referenced EOI-2019-014, the International Telecommunication Union (‘’ITU’’) is now pleased to invite qualified companies to submit a Bid for an Integrated Detection System as further described in the Technical Specifications provided in Annex IV.
To enable you to prepare and submit a Bid, please find enclosed the following Annexes:
- Annex I: Instructions to Bidders;
- Annex II-A: Pre-qualification questionnaire;
- Annex II-B: Certificate to be submitted by the Bidder;
- Annex II-C: Bidder’s Information Form;
- Annex II-D: Recent References;
- Annex II-E: Financial Offer;
- Annex III: ITU General Terms and Conditions of Contracts;
- Annex IV: Technical Specifications.
Your Bid must be received by the ITU no later than 4:00 PM (Geneva Time) on 10 March 2020. Late bids shall be rejected.
You are kindly requested to acknowledge receipt of this ITB and to indicate whether or not you intend to submit a Bid.
