If yes, which one ?Can we recommend a tool ?Regarding the price on page 1, does it mean the price for 1 year contract should not exceed 50'000 USD ?Thank you very much for replying,Regards,EBUN-Water is looking for a social media analytics partner to support in the measurement and reporting on two global campaigns, as well as overall brand and audience insights. The supplier delivery of reporting must be combined with analytics and a layer of human intelligence over the data. This will ensure impartiality when establishing the overall success of the campaigns. Recommendations on tools would therefore not be relevant. Regarding pricing, as you will note from the Schedule of Requirements and the Bidding Forms, the engagement with the contractor will last until the Q4 2021 reports are received, therefore, the resulting contract will be for 2 years.

Indicators are listed under Expected outcomes (a. and c.) where we must emphasize that the supplier delivery of reporting must be combined with analytics and a layer of human intelligence over the data. This will ensure impartiality when establishing the overall success of the campaigns.Regarding the budget, we cannot disclose our budget for this service and expect the suppliers to provide us with the most technically acceptable and lowest offer. This will ensure impartiality when establishing the overall success of the campaigns. However, UN-Water do not need insights in which tools being used to compile the raw data. The format of the report would be both PowerPoint and pdf, where the number of pages would depend on the data. The expectations are related to the layer of human intelligence mentioned above, where the analytical part of the reports is a key component, providing suggestions for new audiences, digital conversations and influencers to engage with.
