United Nations Educational, Science and Cultural Organization (UNESCO) hereby invite qualified entities to submit their expression of interest for a planned solicitation process as follows:

Expected Procurement Components

The assignment foresees the execution of the following activities:

- Field survey and data collection through field topographical survey and aero-photogrammetry using drone (UAV), including the 2D and 3D restitution of the areas;

- Comprehensive preliminary study of the water management system which shall include all the necessary first assessments (archaeological, architectural, hydrologic/hydraulic, geological, conservation, etc.);

- Preliminary assessment of the critical factors that negatively impact the water management system and the Royal Tombs with a list of proposed steps that need to be taken into consideration for next potential activities and a set of urgency measures to be considered in a short-term period.

The contracted company will be responsible for providing the required staff, workers, materials and equipment. Further technical specifications will be provided as part of the Request for Proposal that will be launched in January 2020.
