New clarification added: Q2.In the submission portal, "Copy of Legal Documentation" is required. Can you please clarify what documents are required here and if there is a UN template, can it be provided as i do not see it as part of the "Returnable Forms" R2. By Copy of legal documentation, we mean:Registration document form authorities in country of residence, incorpartion document, Certificate of Patente (for company in Haiti).Q3.in Form C under Freight Forwarder the following is queried:"The bidder should dispose a locally registered freight forwarder to clear and deliver the goods to UNOPS premises.UNOPS will only (if necessary) provide tax exemption letter approved by the customs authorities,". Our understanding is that a DAP price will deliver the goods to the UNOPS office and it is the Client who bears responsibility to clear the items if necessary. There is no requirement for us to clear the goods under DAP (Incoterms 2010). Can you clarify what this query relates to.R3. You are right. But, In this specific case, UNOPS will only provide the tax exemption document already approved by the authorities and the Bidder is responsible to make necessary arrangements to clear  and deliver the Goods to UNOPS premises.

New clarification added: Q2.Would it be an issue if the proposed supplier already has the items stocked in country (Haiti) and therefore there would be no need to custom clear since this process would have already been carried out. Essentially we would be delivering the goods on DDP basis as opposed to DAP.R2.It would not be a problem if you consider your offer will be competitive compared to other bidders.

For Fire extinguishers.In this regards please confirm us you need filled or empty cylinder . if you need filled cylinderR1.1. We need Filled CylinderSo please confirm us which gas you need in cylinder .R1.2. Please refer to the technical specifications provided.
