UNICEF established multiple Long Term Arrangements for Services (LTAS) with agencies that have skills focused on media buying and creative production services to benefit UNICEF globally. The selected agencies will provide expertise, talent and creativity to achieve the goals set up in the specific media briefs that will be provided in specific projects.
Description of Services:
A. Media buying at global level in B2B and lifestyle influential media, targeting consumers, business, institutional and Ultra High Net Worth Individuals (UHNWI) audiences. This service will require an agency to drive awareness, engagement and conversion of the aforementioned audiences through above and below the line communications. B. Media buying at country level in specific markets, with special focus on High Income Countries (HICs) and emerging economies. The prospective vendor should have a strong network of local agencies in several markets, which will allow it to buy media placements locally and provide solid working knowledge in these markets. C. Solid understanding of how to target and influence business decision makers and c-suite executives, decision makers in foundations, philanthropists, and final consumers. D. Media buying and creativity for targeting and engaging broad general audiences with strong brand propositions.
