Provision of Laundry Service

The United Nations Economic Commission for Africa (UNECA) in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia, hereby seeks expressions of interest (EOI) from qualified and experienced vendors for the Provision of Laundry Service for three years LTA. Interested firms will be invited to the tender by an "Request for Proposal" (RFP) at a later stage. This tender envisages a selection-capable bidding firm for the Provision of Laundry Service. The Provision of Laundry Service for laundry / dry cleaning and hand wash services for Security and Safety Service and UNHCC for the following items: • Security Uniforms: which comprises of security uniform Trouser and Shirt, jacket, raincoat, polo shirt, fire protective trouser and jacket, suits, flags, trouser, over coat, vest quilted, sweater, cover-all (tuta), reflective vest, ties, Cap. • Clinic items: like gowns, bed sheets, bed covers/bedspreads, pillowcases, large and small woolen blankets, pillows, examination/draw sheets, machine cover cloth, patient pajamas Please note that the ECA is precluded from entering into contract with a firm that is not registered with ECA. Those interested in responding to this EOI but not currently registered as vendors with ECA, are encouraged to register before submission of the EOI in the United Nations Global Market Place (UNGM).
