Provision of an Archive Management System to the International Tribunal for the Law of the Sea

1.         It is anticipated that the Procurement Services at the Tribunal will shortly initiate a solicitation process in this matter. In this connection, the Tribunal requests qualified companies to send expressions of interest (EOI) for the provision of an Archive Management System to the Tribunal.

2.         Please note that this is not an invitation to tender a bid but merely a request for expressions of interest (EOI) in order to identify qualified companies interested in participating in the solicitation process.

3.         Interested companies should complete the Vendor Response Form (please refer to www.itlos.org) under The Registry/Procurement.

4.         The Tribunal reserves the right to select invitees for the competitive bidding process. The mere expression of interest does not automatically guarantee participation in said process. Only prospective vendors that are deemed qualified will receive the final invitation to tender, which will be issued after the deadline for the receipt of EOI.

5.         The Tribunal requests your response to this call for EOI by 16 April 2021 at the latest. All correspondence should be marked for the attention of Procurement and emailed to: winkelmann@itlos.org.
