ILO Branding and Visual Identity Review

Dear Sir, dear Madam,

The International Labour Office (ILO) is pleased to invite your company to submit a proposal for the provision of “ILO Branding and Visual Identity Review”.

In order to submit an offer, registration with the UN Global Marketplace (UNGM) is necessary. To register as a new potential ILO supplier in UNGM (www.ungm.org), please follow the detailed instructions in the attached document entitled “Annex I-A – Instructions to E-tendering ".

If already registered in UNGM, kindly ensure that your contact information (i.e. email, contact name, phone numbers, etc.) is up to date. Please verify that ILO is part of the list of UN organizations matching your company’s profile – verify under the “UN organizations” tab.

If, for whatever reason, the access to the ILO eTS is not possible, you should promptly contact the ILO support service at pcrt@ilo.org and request authorization to submit your proposal in paper format. Any request must be duly justified. The ILO reserves the right to reject all requests it deems unfounded. Under no circumstances will such a request allow for a postponement of the submission deadline.

Your offer must be submitted through the ILO e-tendering system (eTS) by 31 July 2018 at 04:00 PM Geneva Time.
