Implementation of Coaching Sessions for Trained Trainers in Nigeria with ILO Cooperative Development Tools, Think.COOP, Start.COOP, My.COOP.

Dear Bidder, The International Labour Office (ILO) is looking for an individual to undertake work as an External Collaborator. Below is a summary of the work to be performed: The Terms of Reference (ToR) are established for a consultant specializing in Cooperative Development. The consultant's role is focused on organising Coaching Sessions for Trained Trainers on Cooperative Development within the supply chains of cocoa agricultural sector. The ToR outline the specific responsibilities and objectives that the consultant is expected to fulfil towards the elimination of child labour within the cocoa supply chains. To organize the Coaching Sessions for the Trained Trainers on the ILO Cooperative Development Tools to assess their performance and Certify the successful Trainers as resource persons to roll out the capacity building training to i) selected cooperative members, board and managers, as well as ii) selected informal producer groups to support their formalization process. By the end of the training, participants will be asked to draft an action plan on the future training they will be organizing jointly with the project. Please note that if travel is required for this assignment, the necessary travel costs will be covered by the ILO.
