Dear Bidder,
The International Labour Office (ILO) is looking for an individual to undertake work as an External Collaborator.
Below is a summary of the work to be performed:
The ILO STREAM programme will commission an External Collaborator to strengthen the STREAM programme’s visibility and communication capacity through the development of high-quality communication products and strategies. The consultant will provide technical expertise to:
• Develop a communication and visibility strategy for STREAM (2025–2027) and a plan for 2028.
• Prepare communication and visibility guidelines for STREAM’s multi-donor framework.
• Review and refine the STREAM logo and create a unified visual identity for multi-donor branding (e.g., SDC, EU).
• Create project banner templates and print-ready roll-up banner designs.
• Provide regular updates and inputs for the STREAM webpage.
• Develop 15+ English digital communication materials/features, such as: Newsletters, press releases, fact sheets, blogs, web articles, social media content, infographics, stories/case studies.
• Deliver at least 12 edited and designed materials including: Reports, narrative/progress reports, PowerPoint presentations, and concept notes.
• Design and produce at least 10 media and communication materials in various formats.
• Develop and maintain a media contacts database.
• Support media visibility with tailored communication tools.
