The International Trade Centre (ITC) seeks to establish a multi-year system contract (up to 4 years) with a qualified firm to provide independent evaluation services—including corporate, thematic, portfolio, and project-level assessments—aligned with UNEG standards and ITC’s trade development goals. The selected provider will deliver high-quality evaluation reports, syntheses, tools, and administrative updates under individual purchase orders issued by ITC’s Independent Evaluation Unit.
