The Seeds division from Department of Agriculture under Ministry of Agriculture, Livestock and Irrigation with like to procure PUFF Insulating Panels and Stackable Pallet Racks to store the Paddy Seed in Cold Storage.
The Bidder/s shall bid the tender as following Lots -
* Lot 1: PUF Insulating Panels for Yae Oo Seeds Farm (Sagaing Region) and Oat Phyat Seeds Farm (Phyu Township, Bago Division)
* Lot 2: Stackable Pallet Racks for Yae Oo Seeds Farm (Sagaing Region) and Oat Phyat Seeds Farm (Phyu Township, Bago Division)

Kindly be informed that Performance Statement form is for previous supplied goods list with its contact details for further varification purpose. It doesn't matter bidder is retailer or manufacturer. You can also fill your JV partner's performance statement on the form.

New clarification added: what's height of pallet?Have you already have a layout design so you could share the layout with us to quote to you?Or you could share us warehouse layout so we could design the drawing.Well noted it's a cold warehouse, what's the temperature in it?Dear Bidder,We've draft layout but it is not finalized yet to share anyone.The temperature will be 10◦C – 15◦C but we're wondering, is it important factor for you to quote for pallet?Thank you,IRM Procurement Team

New clarification added: Dears at UNOPS,Regarding the question on using Powder Coating vs. HOT DIP GALVANIZED in Cold Storage, we are also interested in that answer but we could not find "clarification no. 1444"Please advise Thank youDear Bidder,We thank you your interest in our ITB. As our requirement of Stackable rack to be used in the Cold Storage is "Powder Coating" and not "HOT GALVANIZED". It is designed by one of the technician of Department of Agriculture. New clarification added: Dear Sir or Madam,For this ITB, we want to know if the Stackable Pallet Racks for Cold Storage will be used in COLD STORAGE ROOM?If yes, then as per our experiences, the surface treatment of Powder Coating is not fit for the using conditions of cold storage room.It will get rusted.For the cold storage using conditions, the best surface treatment is HOT DIP GALVANIZED.Please kindly have a check and confirm.Thanks!FRANKDear Bidder,Your questions has been posted on clarification no. 1444. New clarification added: Dear Sir or Madam,We would like to kindly ask for clarification of the below:1. Would you accept panels width 1.1m instead of 1m as indicated in the Technical specifications?Response: As the calculation is made with 1m, I'm not sure it may deviate from our requirement.2. Can you please confirm about the material for insulation, is it PUFF as stated in the tender or EPS Polystyrene as stated in the floor insulaton section? Would you accept polyurethane foam panel that meets the rest of the requirements?Response: Unless if it is not major deviation from our requirement, you may submit it.3. Can you please advice about the LPCB Aproval equivalents that you would accept as certificates?Response: Your products should well certified by Loss Prevention Certification Board (LPCB) or other equivalent certificate is required. New clarification added: Dear Sir/ma’am,We request you kindly clarify followings:1. In case of joint venture, can we utilize other partner’s supply record in Form G: Performance Statement Form? (Yes, You can include in the form if your JV partner has already supplied such goods earlier. You need to mentioned your JV partner name in detail.)2. In case of joint venture, do you require bid signed by each partner of JV on all pages? or only Form A: Joint venture Partner Form is required dully signed by each member of JV. (You and your JV partner must sign on Form A only)3. For Puff Panel: The cold storage is inside any shed or in open area? (It is in the warehouse. Let's say inside of shed)4. For Puff Panel: The wall puff is required plane on both side OR corrugation required on outer side? (Please refer to Surface profile of our technical spec)5. For Stackable Pallets: Loading capacity is mentioned as 1200 kg. is it per pallet or per level or all level (Each pallet shoud suitable for taking up a jumbo bag of 1200kg paddy seed capacity)6. For Stackable Pallets: Exterior Dimension (mm) - 1395 x 1060. This is size of pallet or rack. If it is size of pallet which side will come along width wise(from which side fork entry will come) and what will be the height of pallet with material ?if it is size of rack, should we consider 1395 mm as a width of the rack? What would be distance between two loading level? (Yes, 1395x1060 (Length 42" Width/Depth: 48") is pallet size). Other details informations are currently not available since we are suppose to buy just materials only.7. For Stackable Pallets: Post (mm) - 1200 x 60 x 2.5. Is it vertical column section size or something else? (Yes, it is four posts support for one pallet which we count as one set of stackable pallet.)
