RFP 02-2015 - Provision of Services in connection with the Elimination of Stock of Liquid Rocket Fuel Components

The Organization for Security and Co-operation in Europe (OSCE) seeks proposals from qualified contractors for the Elimination of Stock of Liquid Rocket Fuel Components (Mélange, Samin and TM 185), in accordance with the requirements, terms and conditions stipulated in the RFP documents.

The ultimate goal of the Project “Disposal of the Surplus Rocket Fuel Stocks in Bulgaria”;  "Assisting the Government of Belarus in Eliminating Liquid Rocket Fuel Components’ Stocks” ; “Regional Programme on Liquid Rocket Fuel Components Disposal - Armenia” ; “Regional Programme on Liquid Rocket Fuel Components Disposal  – Kyrgystan” is the elimination of stocks of rocket fuel in compliance with environmental requirements and with the application of appropriate and sustainable technology in accordance with Applicable Standards, as described in this document.  Elimination shall be conducted with the use of proven technological solutions available on the market, provided that such solutions meet all requirements stated herein as well as the Applicable Standards.
