The Office of the United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees (UNHCR) and its Policy Development and Evaluation Service (PDES), invites qualified service providers to make a firm offer for the establishment of a Service Contract for the provision of consultancy services to prepare an Independent Programme Evaluation (IPE) of UNHCR’s response to the refugee influx in Lebanon and Jordan.
