Description
1. The United Nations Office in Burundi (BNUB) solicits Expression of Interest (EOI) from companies capable of providing: 1.1 Pick-ups 4x4 (2 units) with external benches secured in the back and fitted with seat belts for the transportation of 4 armed military personnel to/from BNUB Headquarters, Bujumbura. The pickups are required for escort purposes with itinerary on Bujumbura - Ruhwa border – Bujumbura and other destinations, on as and when required basis. 1.2 The service provider will be required to provide pickups with driver, fuel, insurance, Fire extinguishers, Spare wheel (Full Sized), and wheel changing tools, First Aid Kit, Warning Triangle. It is the responsibility of the provider to absorb routine maintenance of the pick-ups. Conditions 2. Qualified and interested companies should submit their Expression of Interest, by fax, e-mail or hand-delivery as indicated below, along with the information/documents: 2.1 The basic company information, Certificate of business registration, 2.2 Contact details (address, telephone and fax numbers, email, etc); 3. Expression of Interest not addressing the above points to the satisfaction of BNUB shall not be considered for any Invitation to Bid. Important Notice: 4. The UN reserves the right to change or cancel the requirement at any time during the EOI and/or subsequent solicitation process. Prospective companies that respond and are deemed qualified upon completion of an evaluation of their submission will be invited to participate in the final Invitation To Bid (ITB), if and when issued.
