New clarification added: Dear Bidders,Please note the below raised question and our official response in connection to the Request for Quotation, RFQ/2019/12031: Question 3: I would like to request clarification regarding UNOPS Tender RFQ/2019/12031- about the section of [evaluation criteria] into the stage of (qualification criteria) which states that: " Annual turnover at least in one of the last five years (2014- 2019) from the date of submission shall be higher than USD 400,000. Document to be submitted with the bid for evaluation: Financial statement showing turnover for the last five years should be attached to the bid submission document"Due to the circumstances that the country passed through in the past period, most of the country banks have been closed and/or not operating properly. So we had to work with local banks and some other banks who were operating. My question is, can we provide the required documents of "Financial statement" from more than one bank? Answer: Yes, the bidder can provide the financial statement from more than one bank. Note: This shall form part of the official solicitation documents. Please be guided accordingly.

New clarification added: Dear Bidders,Please note the below raised question and our official response in connection to the Request for Quotation, RFQ/2019/12031: Question 2: Regarding the TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS REQ/ SECTION III / PART 2 / , CLAUSE 19 calls for a presence in the city for the maintenance of the solar installations. We intend to have this facility in place, only if we are awarded the tender. Is it mandatory to have this facility at the time of bidding or not?Answer:Clause no. (19) is required and essential in case of being awarded only not anywhere else. Note: This shall form part of the official solicitation documents. Please be guided accordingly.

The articles and conditions of the tender are listed in the following documents:a) RFQ-Section I-Instructions to bidders.b) Some useful points and comments to be considered by the bidder.c) RFQ Section-IV-UNOPS-General –conditions-Goods and services-EN 2. The second lot for All-dala’a and Zinjibar cannot be separated and they will be dealt as one lot only.Note: This shall form part of the official solicitation documents. Please be guided accordingly.
