Request for Proposal for Services (RFPS also known as LRPS)
UNICEF in Romania wishes to invite you to submit a proposal for the evaluation of the implementation of the National Strategy for Protection and Promotion of Child Rights 2014-2020 as fully detailed in the Terms of Reference attached at Annex B.

The reference RFPS/LRPS-2019-9152700-Evaluation CHILD RIGHTS STRATEGY and Company Name must be mentioned as the subject of the e-mail (for more details, please see Annex D - Instructions to bidders).
The bid form (pg. 2 from the RFPS) must be completed and signed when replying to this request for proposal.
The Proposals MUST be submitted in ENGLISH and received at the above e-mail address by latest on FRIDAY, 01st November 2019, at 15:00, Bucharest local time.
Proposals received after the stipulated date and time will be invalidated.
It is important that you read all of the provisions of the request for proposal, to ensure that you understand UNICEF’s requirements and can submit a proposal in compliance with them. Note that failure to provide compliant proposals may result in invalidation of your proposal.
Questions from Proposers. Proposers are required to submit any questions in respect of this RFPS by E-MAIL to: Mr. Hoang Van Nguyen at HVNGUYEN@UNICEF.ORG , with cc: ROM-PROCUREMENT@UNICEF.ORG.
The deadline for receipt of any questions is 30th October 2019, 15h00, Bucharest local time.
IMPORTANT: PROPOSALS ARE NOT TO BE SENT TO THE INDIVIDUAL STATED ABOVE – ANY PROPOSALS SENT TO THE ABOVE-NAMED INDIVIDUAL WILL BE DISQUALIFIED.
