1.0 United Nations Investigative Team on the Accountability of Da’esh/ISIL (UNITAD) invites expressions of interest (EOI) from qualified companies for the supply, delivery, installation, commissioning, testing and training of operators, including spare parts and maintenance service package for 1 year of Incinerator for disposal of forensic waste to the UNITAD Compound in Baghdad, Iraq. 2.0 Supply, Delivery, installation, commissioning, testing and training of operators, includingspare parts and maintenance service package for 1 year, for the Incinerator to DAP-UNITAD Compound (Incoterms 2010), located at Green Zone, Baghdad Iraq. 3.0 UNAMI on behalf of UNITAD will undertake a competitive bidding exercise shortly and accordingly intends to issue an Invitation to Bid (ITB) to those companies who would express their interest and provide initial relevant information demonstrating their ability to fulfill UNITAD requirements. In addition, the interested companies will be requested to complete a UNAMI Vendor Registration Form (new vendors only). A detailed Statement of Work (SOW) will be provided to companies short listed for receipt of the ITB documents. 4.0 The EOI should specify relevant information about the company including the company’s profile, capacity/capability and experience, an indication of similar Contracts undertaken within the last twelve (12) months (if any) and copies of the registration certificate and license(s) of the company. 5.0 Please note on the following: • This EOI is not an invitation to submit a bid/proposal. • UNAMI reserves the right in selecting the invitees for the competitive bidding based on substantial and proven records of performance in the subject field of activities and mere expressing an interest would not automatically warrant for ITB document. • UNAMI reserves the right to reject EOIs received after the above deadline.
