Request for Information (RFI) for air ticket selling services for UN agencies in Kyrgyz Republic. RFI_UNDP_CO_006_2019_TMS

Dear Sir/Madam,

United Nations Development Program in Kyrgyzstan (UNDP) invites interested and qualified companies to send their Request for Information (RFI) for air ticket selling services for UN agencies in Kyrgyz Republic.

It is the intention of the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) in Kyrgyzstan to launch Invitation to Bid (ITB) subject to the outcome of this Request for Information (RFI). Therefore, firms/entities are encouraged to fill in the attached Annex 1, which will provide UNDP with a better understanding of the relevant market and level of interest in participating in the bidding process. Please note that any answers you give will assist UNDP in obtaining the required information on the relevant market and qualification.

It should be noted that any information provided in this market research will be treated as confidential information that will be used for UNDP’s internal evaluation purposes of the related market only. Please also note that the provided information does not in any way qualify or disqualify a company to participate in the subsequent tender process.

Documentation to be submitted: Completed RFI Form (please see attached Annex 1).

The RFI and any supplementary documentation must be received by UNDP no later than 28 June 2019, 16.00 pm (Bishkek local time). Responses should be submitted by e-mail to: tender.kgz@undp.org

Please indicate in a subject field on all communications: RFI_UNDP_CO_006_2019_TMS.

Interested contractors may participate in skype call with International Travel Consultant, which has been hired to assist in selecting Travel Agency prior sending request to the e-mail: tender.kgz@undp.org
