A. The United Nations Interim Force in Lebanon (UNIFIL) has a requirement for the Design, Supply, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of Centralized Air-Conditioning Chiller Units. The Contract shall include the provision of Design, Supply, Installation and Commissioning of Centralized Chilled Water Air-Conditioner Central Cooling and Heating Chiller Units with all the accessories along with indoor units of various sizes at UNIFIL Mission Headquarter, Naqoura, South Lebanon. The proposal should include the chillers units’ complete accessories such as water pumps, pipes, joints, and valves etc. B. Furthermore, the contractor is also required to dismantle the existing (6x65 kW; net weight of 768 kg each) chiller units installed on the roof of a three-story building. The existing chillers should be dismantled to carriable parts and then shifted down from the three-story building to the ground and to Warehouse. C. For the purpose of establishing a contract, UNIFIL will undertake a competitive bidding exercise in the future and consider inviting those companies that have expressed their interest and provided initial relevant information as to their ability to fulfill UNIFIL’s requirement.
