Financial proposal template has been updated for work package #2 to reflect requirement of RFP document that Bidders should include the professional fees of the staff, and the necessity to keep a team in New York to support the CDO in undertaking work from 1 September 2019-28 February 2020. Travel costs and living expenses of this New York resident team should be included in the bid.

Please pay attention that the total duration of the assignment under work package is from 1 September 2019-30 June 2020.

Questions and answers on the results of pre-bid conference, conducted on 20 June 2019 (including responses to the questions obtained through CPU e-mail) has been posted. Please see them uploaded into etendring system.

Dear Sir / Madam:

We kindly request you to submit your Proposal for Provision of Support to UNDP Digital Transformation (REF: UNDP/EXO/RFP/2019/009).

RFP solicits 3 lots:

• Provision of flexible technical advisory and process facilitation support (long-term agreement);
• Design of Digital Champions Network, Support to Implementation, and hosting of inaugural meeting;
• Completion of five corporate position papers on 'frontier technologies'.

Proposals must be submitted on or before the deadline indicated by UNDP in the eTendering system.  Proposals must be submitted in the online eTendering system in the following link: https://etendering.partneragencies.org using your username and password. If you have not registered in the system before, you can register now by logging in using the below username and password, and follow the registration steps as specified in the system user guide.

Please note:

1. It is strongly recommended to create your username with two parts, your first name and last name separated by “.”, similar to the one shown above.
2. Once registered you will receive a valid password to the registered email address which you can use for signing in and changing your password. You can participate in the bid event only if you have registered in the system.

How to find the event and tender documentation:

Once registered, bidders have to insert under the field "Event ID" the following: "UNDP1" in the first box, and "CPUP19-009"  in the second box and click the Search button. 

Should the bidder have problems in finding the event, please consult the attached manual for bidders for other details.

You are kindly requested to indicate whether your company intends to submit a Proposal by clicking on “Accept Invitation”.  

In the course of preparing and submitting your Proposal, it shall remain your responsibility to ensure that it submitted into the system by the deadline. The system will automatically block and not accept any bid after the deadline. Kindly ensure that supporting documents required are signed and in the .pdf format, and free from any virus or corrupted files.

Pre-proposal conference will be conducted on 20 June 2019, 11:00 AM EST New York.
