TOYOTA vehicle maintenance and repair services in Gaziantep, Turkey

This Request for Expression of Interest (REOI) is issued to identify potential bidders for the provision of TOYOTA vehicle maintenance and repair services in Gaziantep, Turkey. The United Nations Office for the Coordination of Humanitarian Affairs (UNOCHA) at Geneva is looking to establish a contract with a ‎vehicle maintenance service provider in order to provide routine and ad hoc repair and maintenance ‎services for eleven (11) TOYOTA Land cruisers, including two (2) armoured vehicles, (4 x 4, manufactured from 2010 to 2014), located in Gaziantep, Turkey.‎ The contract will be established for an initial period of three (3) years with potential extensions of two (2) additional periods of one (1) year each (3+1+1). The potential provider shall be able to:‎ ‎- Deliver a professional maintenance and repair services for the eleven (11) TOYOTA (4x4) Land cruisers, including two (2) armoured vehicles.‎ ‎- Provide completed maintenance and repair services that must be cosigned in the logbook of each vehicle ‎for further reference and follow up.‎ ‎- Have the know-how in maintenance service for Toyotas and are licensed to conduct maintenance and ‎repair services, including the provision of spare parts for TOYOTA (4x4) Land cruisers (manufactured from 2010 to 2014).‎ ‎- Provide all of the necessary equipment, insurance, supervision and operating supplies/services. Vendors are requested to express their interest by sending their Expression of Interest (EOI) ‎response form by the closing date set forth in this REOI.‎ IMPORTANT NOTE: Vendors must confirm that they are a licensed automotive repair and maintenance service ‎‎provider and licensed to ‎conduct maintenance and repair services, including the provision of ‎‎spare parts, for ‎TOYOTA (4x4) Land cruisers, in Gaziantep, Turkey. ‎ The TOYOTA license and other supporting ‎‎documentation must be provided as part of their EOI ‎Response Form. In the absence of the requested supporting documentation, the vendor EOI will not be considered.‎‎
