Request for Proposal on Financial Audit of 10 Field Projects under EU-China Biodiversity Programme (ECBP)
You are invited to submit a proposal to conduct an audit of 10 field projects under EU-China Biodiversity Programme (ECBP).
The overall objective of the audit is to assess whether the financial and progress reports of the field projects present fairly the expenditures, whether the ECBP grants and matching funds have been utilized for the purposes described in the Grant Agreements and Annual Work Plans, and whether appropriate procedures have been followed and proper documentation is available.
The annual audit of the 10 field projects will be based on analyses of their financial reports, progress reports and on on-site visits to Project Management Offices of each project. The audits must be undertaken within an eight months of contract signing. (estimated contract signing of 1 August 2010)
Companies who are legally certified to undertaken financial audits within China and are using independent auditing standards – International Standards of Auditing (ISA), are qualified to submit offers for this assignment.
Your proposal shall comprise the following documents: (a) Completed Proposal Submission Form; (b) Technical Component; and (c) Price Component. Your Proposals must be submitted separately by two parts, Technical Component and Price Component, in two inner envelopes and all the Proposals shall be enclosed in one outer envelope.
