PROVISION OF TACTICAL ACCESSORIES TO UNAMI HQ COMPOUND IN BAGHDAD (GREEN ZONE), IRAQ

1.0 The United Nations Assistance Mission for Iraq (UNAMI), has a requirement for a long-term contract for provision of Tactical Accessories to UNAMI Integrated Headquarters Compound in Baghdad (Green Zone), Iraq, for initial period of one (1) year with an option to extend the resulting contract under the same terms and conditions for additional four (4) years, one year at a time. Sample Items: Tactical Covert Long Sleeve Shirt, Glock 19 concealment paddle, dress leather duty belt, tactical knife, black leather magazine pouch, angled force grip, mulitool leatherman, warrior assault system covert, tactical flashlight, ballistic eye glasses, backpack, active shooter bailout bag, gloves, classic oxford shoes etc.. 2.0 Successful Bidder/s will be required to acknowledge receipt of each UNAMI Service Release Orders (SROs) within 2 working days confirming the availability of the SRO’s items/quantities and required delivery date. All items must be delivered to UNAMI Receiving & Inspection Unit in proper packages preventing damages during transportation, loading/unloading and handling. Each delivery should be covered by a Delivery Note and Invoice both referring to the contract and the UNAMI SRO numbers. The prospective contractor shall be responsible for transportation, manpower, security access clearances for Baghdad (Green Zone), unloading the items at the UNAMI premises and removing debris, if any. The delivery time for each items shall be not more than 90 Calendar Days from SRO acknowledge date. 3.0 The solicitation will be based on a detailed Scope of Requirement, UN General Conditions of Contracts and other related documents which will be provided by UNAMI to all companies who responds to this EOI and qualify for the tender. 4.0 Please note on the following: 4.1 This REOI is not an invitation to submit a bid/proposal. 4.2 UNAMI reserves the right in selecting the invitees for the competitive bidding based on substantial and proven records of performance in the subject field of activities. 4.3 Mere expressing an interest would not automatically warrant for tender documents. 4.4 UNAMI reserves the right to reject EOIs received after the above deadline. 4.5 INTERESTED VENDORS SHOULD NOTE THAT THE MINIMUM LEVEL FOR REGISTRATION FOR THIS TENDER IN UNGM IS BASIC LEVEL, COMPANIES WHICH ARE NOT FULLY REGISTERED IN UNGM MAY NOT BE CONSIDERED FOR THE UPCOMING UNAMI TENDER.
