DESCRIPTION OF REQUIREMENTS The United Nations Office at Nairobi (UNON) on behalf of UN-Habitat (Lebanon) is seeking Expressions of Interest (EOI) from competent and qualified companies for the rehabilitation and improvement of a public recreational space. The work will take place in Mina Town, Tripoli- Lebanon. The scope includes, but is not limited to the following works: • Improve walkways with stamped concrete and laying of pea gravel in specific areas. • Construction of three (3) toilets. • Landscaping: planting tree, shrubs and grass. • Instalation of signboards, signage including signage for visually and physically impaired, installation of irrigation system and other related equipment. • Instalation of an already purchased air quality station on a concrete base and fencing it. Additional details, specifications and terms of reference shall be provided in the tender document to be issued subsequent to this EOI.
