Fibre Optic Internet Services for UNOCHA field offices in the Democratic Republic of Congo (DRC)

The United Nations Office at Geneva, on behalf of the United Nations Officer for the Coordination of Humanitarian Affairs (OCHA), is looking to establish a contract for the provision of fiber optic internet services for a period of two (2) years with a possible extension of two (2) additional one (1) year periods (2+1+1) for the OCHA offices in Goma, Bukavu, Bunia, Uvira, Kindu and Kalemie. The Internet Service Provider shall meet the following requirements: 1. Bandwidth capacity (upload/download): GOMA 8192/8192 Kbps BUKAVU 5120/5120 Kbps BUNIA 4096/4096 Kbps BENI 4096/4096 Kbps UVIRA 4096/4096 Kbps KALEMIE 4096/4096 Kbps KINDU 4096/4096 Kbps 2. Service availablity should be ensured with an overall link uptime of not less than 99.5% in a month.
