IUS-UWS-SAN-003-01 Dear Bidder, Please note the below raised questions and our official responses in connection to the Request for Quotation, ref. RFQ/2019/8979: Question 13:Could you please submit the results of discharge for well pump test in field (if available) for the old pump also, could you extend the deadline of submission for two days please? Answer:No, all required technical specifications are mentioned in the RFQ, and sorry we cannot extend as it is an emergency. Best Regards,

New amendment added #1: There was a typo since the respective item is already mentioned in the BOQ bill # 2, item 4. For this reason, the BOQ has corrected to avoid any duplication.

IUS-UWS-SAN-003-01 Dear Bidder, Please note the below raised questions and our official responses in connection to the Request for Quotation, ref. RFQ/2019/8979: Question 10:In Question 2: In lot 2 item 1.2 you asked for Electric Power Control, Switch and Distribution Board without details neither in the drawing nor Technical Questionnaire SOW.Answer: This was a typo since the respective item is already mentioned in the BOQ bill # 2, item 4. For this reason, the BOQ has corrected to avoid any duplication. In this cause, I think you should send us amendment.Answer:The amended/corrected BOQ has been published. Question11: Please refer to Lot No. 5 (BOQ) Well ID HZ2 - It is not mentioned if pump is required. Please clarify?Answer:Please refer to the tender documents, Lot No. 5 (BOQ) as the pump is not required. Question12: We would greatly appreciate if you approve an extension of the deadline for 1 week enabling us to submit a complete bid?Answer: Sorry, we cannot extend as it is an emergency. Question 13: Regarding the PV Modules, would you accept the FRAMED 144 HALF-CELL MODULE instead of FRAMED 72 CELL MODULE, with the same requested specifications.Answer:As long as your offer meets our minimum technical requirements without any obvious deviation, the offered product would be accepted. We encourage suppliers to fill-in their technical information clearly in the technical questionnaire, and with submitting the catalogues and the relevant data sheet. Best Regards,

RFQ/2019/8979: Question 1:Please Advise, In BOQ you mention the type of cell should be Poly and in the technical questionnaire: Polycrystalline or Mono, 5 busbar technology; Answer:Please refer to the tender document in our technical specification, as both are acceptable poly or Mono. Question 2: In lot 2 item 1.2 you asked for Electric Power Control, Switch and Distribution Board without details neither in the drawing nor Technical Questionnaire SOW.Answer: This was a typo since the respective item is already mentioned in the BOQ bill # 2, item 4. Question3: Will you please extend the tender at least 3 days to enable us provide a complete offer.Answer: No, this is an emergencyQuestion4: With regard to the solar modules, please advise if we can quote 320W instead of 340W providing the total wattages as required in the tender schedule of requirement which suits pumps capacity and connections systems.Answer: No, please refer to the tender document Question 5: Can you please confirm if Mono type from 340Watt and above is acceptable?Answer: Please refer to the tender document in our technical specification, as both are acceptable poly or Mono. Question 6: Kindly find below clarifications request: It’s mentioned in "spec. of RFQ section II solar system san-003-1" the following (Cell Type of PV Module: Mono Crystalline or Poly Crystalline).Where in "lot 1 st1 well bill of quantity " TAP "Bill No.(2) the following is stated (Type of cell: Poly Crystalline, 5 busbar technology). Please clarify which is correct? Answer: Please refer to the tender document in our technical specification, as both are acceptable poly or Mono. Question 7: In one document it’s mentioned that the panels should be 1.5% of the motor, and in another document it’s mentioned that it should be 1.4% of the motor. Please clarify which is correct? Answer: Please refer to the tender document, as mentioned that the maximum is 1.5 and the minimum is 1.4. Question 8: You specified the quantity to be 304 panel of 340W or greater and asked that the panels should be 1.5% of the motor capacity. For example, let’s say here in lot 1 the motor was 55KW means 55*1.5=82.500KW of PV panels 82500/340=242.65 = 243 panels! Same if we use a 75KW example 77*1.5=112.50KW of PV panels 112500/340 = 330.88 = 331 panels! (It is not aligning with your stated/requested number of panels, please clarify?Answer: Please refer to the tender document, as mentioned that the maximum is 1.5 and the minimum is 1.4.the difference will be consider as greater than 340W – additional panel capacity.Best Regards,
