New amendment added #1: A word format of the Schedule of requirement with changes on the length of the firing cable on each reel is changed and attached in the document section of the ITB.

New clarification added: Q5. A previous clarification added a point that is not currently a requirement for the tender: All the items in the Hook & Line kits should be Non-Sparking, Non-Magnetic, Corrosion-ResistantNon sparking nonmagnetic is a characteristic not associated with Hook & Line kits, most Hook & Line kits do not meet this spec, and it will have an order of magnitude change of price to make them so.Do you really require this equipment to be non sparking non magnetic? A5. . Please kindly disregard the added requirement that mentiones" All the items in the Hook & Line kits should be Non-Sparking, Non-Magnetic, Corrosion-Resistant"

New clarification added: Q4.As per jurisdiction legislation, we will be requiring an end user undertaking from UNOPS or the United Nations Mine Action Service. Will the UNOPS or UNMAS provide such undertaking to the relevant Export Control Organization ?A4.. Yes, all the documents of end users undertaking will be provided by UNOPS if required.

New clarification added: Q3. line items 1.40 & 1.50 also kits or just pouches for the large kit?A3. Line items 1.4 and 1.5 are back backs and EOD kits ,respectively..All the items in the Hook & Line kits should be Non-Sparking, Non-Magnetic, Corrosion-Resistant

New clarification added: Q2.For lot 3 firing cable main heading describes 300 meter but the description mentions 330 meter. Which one is correct.A2. The correct description is 300 meter.

New clarification added: Q1.The close date of 19/03/19 for this ITB is exremely short, especially as there are two non-working days (Saturday 18 & Sunday 19 March). Can special consideration be given to extend the close date until 21st, March 2019.A1. Due to the very tight project schedule we are unable to extend the closing time.
