National Competitive Bidding - RFQ for the supply of Forest Package for MoND and MoIH

Dear Sir/Madam,

The United Nations Office for Project Services (hereinafter referred to as UNOPS) is pleased to invite prospective bidders to submit a quotation in accordance with UNOPS General Conditions of Contract and the Schedule of Requirements as set out in this Request for Quotation (RFQ) for the supply of forest package for MoND and MoIH under RAI2E Malaria Grant.

The summary of items and packing required is given as below:

A - Required Items:
Item 1 -  Hammocks QTY - 890units
Item 2 -  Flashlights, QTY - 890units
Item 3 -  Backpacks, QTY - 890units 

B - Required Packing: QTY - 890sets of forest packages
The selected bidder is required to pack each hammock and flashlight and another item (mosquito repellent) to be provided by UNOPS into each backpack to make 890 sets of forest packages prior to delivery.

Evaluation Criteria - Evaluation will be done per total requirements (for all 03 items and packaging required)

Remark - Suppier is required to provide each sample of hammock, backpack and flashligh quoted to UNOPS office at the following address:
