CD/2019/240/RFI - Customer Satisfaction and Perception Measurement

The purpose of this RFI is to obtain preliminary information on the availability of potential companies providing research studies services. WIPO Business needs as follows: - New survey design for customer satisfaction surveys - New survey design for perception survey - Review of WIPO Reputation Model - Execution of the surveys for second half of 2019 - Analysis of the results based on geographical coverage and audience type - Production of Report The information gathered will be used by WIPO to analyze and understand the current state of the market with a view to launching a tender for such services. Companies that respond to this RFI will be notified by WIPO when the tender opportunity for these services becomes available. Responses to this RFI must be sent via WIPO – UNGM’s e-tendering system at www.ungm.org.
