SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF OFFICE FURNITURE(INCLUDING SOFA SETS,SHELVES,SAFES AND COAT RACKS

The United Nations Mission for Central Africa Republic and Chad (MINURCAT) has a requirement for the Supply of Furniture in Abeche, Chad. The full scope of requirements will be distributed in a Solicitation document , Invitation to Bid(ITB) it is anticipated that the ITB will be released by middle of March 2010. 2 Expression of Interest (EOI) must include the company information and its previous experiences in related similar supplies, the size and type of contracts completed during the two latest years. 3 MINURCAT will examine the outcome of this request for the Expression of Interest and will consider inviting those vendors who had expressed their interest by submitting all the required information, and/ or retain the information in UN vendor roster. 4/ MINURCAT.reserves the right in selecting the invitees for the competitive bidding, and submitting expression of interest would not automatically warrant participation in the competitive bidding. 4 Interested firms already registered with the UN should submit their EOI to the attention of The Chief Procurement Officer, MINURCAT.
