1. Introduction
Project Description
ICC has decided to redevelop its ePhone billing software solution which will further streamline the submission, processing and management of staff phone billing. This solution will provide a management information dashboard, integration with other systems like SAP backend, CISCO Unified Communication Manager (CUCM), Manage Engine Service desk ticketing system and the possibility to consume restful web service & APIs from external web portal such as Vodafone. In addition it will provide other essential modules that are critical to the usability of the new system being redeveloped.
Solution to be offered
The Court has decided to offer a new and more robust solution of the existing ePhone billing software that manages the administration of its phone billing operation. The Court is interested in the development of key business requirements that have been identified and are specified in this SoW. This software would therefore allow for better control, coordination and monitoring of the entire phone billing process through a reliable and integrated system interface developed where necessary.
Deliverables
The solution is expected to deliver the following:
- A fully functional Mendix application built according to the specified requirements
- Source Code of the developed solution
