Subject: Study Tour on Best Practices in the Czech Republic – HIV and Women/Young Girls

 

 

1.      You are requested to submit a proposal for a package of services for the following activities, as per enclosed Terms of Reference (TOR)

 

2.      To enable you to submit a proposal, attached are:

3.      Your offer comprising of technical proposal and financial proposal, in separate sealed envelopes, should reach the following address no later than February 18, 2010, by 16:00 CET.
