Renovation of Ground Floor Entrance Ways in UNESCAP, Bangkok Thailand

The United Nations Economic and Social Commission for Asia and the Pacific (UNESCAP) is the regional development arm of the United Nations for the Asia-Pacific region and it is headquartered in Bangkok, Thailand. invites expressions of interest (EOI) from qualified companies for the following works: 1. Provide and install a new platform walkway along the north side of the building. (length, width) 2. Provide and install a new roof, tensile covering or similar, to protect the walkway from weather. 3. Structural analysis for connection to the existing adjacent structure (Secretariat Building) for both walkway and roof. 4. Demolition of concrete, windows, and interior stone and gypsum walls. 5. Ground works including rainwater pit construction and piping works. 6. Exterior glass door and motorized glass sliding door supply and installation. 7. Interior fitout works, brick, gypsum, hand rails and glass doors.
