RFP-2018-050-9141265 - Strengthening systemic capacity on learning assessment and use of data for improving learning

1. Purpose

1.1 The purpose of this Request for Proposal for Services ("RFPS") is to invite proposals for "Strengthening systemic capacity on learning assessment and use of data for improving learning".

2. Pre-bid meeting / Conference

2.1 Please note that a pre-bid meeting will not be held.    In case there are any queries/clarifications on the TOR/RFP, kindly send them (mentioning page number, section and para number) to Isolene Rebello by email at irebello@unicef.org latest by 20th July 2018.

2.2 The responses to questions/clarifications will be subsequently posted on UNICEF India website http://www.unicef.in under “Work with Us -> Procurement -> III. Bidding Announcements -> Supply & Procurement” by 24th July 2018.

3. Submission Deadline and Proposal opening

3.1 The deadline for submission of proposals is as follows: 3rd August 2018 by 1200 Hours (Noon) IST.

3.2 Proposers will submit the proposals electronically at ind.bids@unicef.org in the following manner:

a. Technical Proposal file clearly named as "Agency Name - Technical Proposal-RFP-2018-050-9141265”

b. Financial Proposal file clearly named as "Agency Name - Financial Proposal RFP-2018-050-9141265”.  The financial proposal should be password protected.  Please do not reveal or share the password with anyone unless and until asked through an official communication.

c. The "Request for Proposal for Services Form" (Page 3 of the RFP) should be completed and submitted as part of the Technical and Financial proposal.

Due to the nature of this RFPS, there will be no public opening of proposals.
