Pre-bid conference will be held 18 July 2018 at 15 p.m. at UN Building at the abovementioned address. Bidders are strongly encouraged to attend Pre-Bid Conference.

All enquiries will be accepted through designated e-mail: itb.004.2018.tm@undp.org before 20 July 2018. No enquiries will be accepted after 20 July 2018. The pre-bid meeting minutes with enquiries received on or before 20 July 2018, will be documented and posted on the designated UNDP websites on 24 July 2018.

Upon receipt of this Invitation to Bid, you are kindly requested to submit an acknowledgement letter to UNDP (template is attached to this notice) to the following address: aygul.atabayeva@undp.org.
