Provision of Oracle Flexcube Upgrade and Managed Services

The Information Technology Division (ICT) in International Fund for Agricultural Development (IFAD) is responsible for providing information technology solutions and services to support the operations of IFAD and to ensure that, in fighting rural poverty, IFAD makes the most effective use of Information and Communications Technology tools and services.

In 2013 IFAD implemented FLEXCUBE 12.0 base module, Current Account Savings Accounts (CASA), Consumer Lending (CL), Gateway Integration, Nostro Reconciliation and Loan Syndication. However, Nostro reconciliation and Loan Syndication are not being used. During the project implementation FLEXCUBE has undergone significant customizations.

Objective of this procurement process is to conduct a market research in order to obtain better knowledge on the availability of the vendors with the capacity to provide the required services and budgetary estimates. Accordingly, vendors can submit the responses for both upgrade and managed service or only for one of them.
This procurement exercise does not commit the Fund to award any contract. The contract award is subject to the competitive selection of the contractor through a formal tender which may be issued later.
