The United Nations HeForShe Initiative intends to redesign the HeForShe.org website. This will take place in two steps. First, a digital strategy will be jointly developed with the successful vendor. Second, the vendor will implement these changes through from development to production.

New clarification added: Question: 1. Is it possible to speak to a HeForShe decisionmaker regarding why our initial proposal (to RFP/2018/3346) was found not to meet the requirements? To ensure fairness and transparency we cannot discuss previous procurement actions / bid evaluation panel decisions with individual vendors. Clarification can continue to be sought via eSourcing tool which are available to all potential vendors 2. On page 4 of the Schedule of Requirements, "Please note, UNOPS expects to receive examples ad proposals on full-stack custom solutions as opposed to basic WordPress / out of the box template solutions." Can you please clarify whether you are open to a solution that involves an open source platform that is highly customized for HeForShe's specific needs, or whether you're requesting no open source software be used for this project? This would need to be a custom-build project given the requirements set out in Schedule of Requirements
