The United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) Country Office in Bosnia and Herzegovina is acting as a Principal Recipient of the Global Fund to Fight AIDS, Tuberculosis and Malaria (GFATM) grant to Bosnia and Herzegovina in the implementation of “Coordinated National Response to HIV/AIDS & Tuberculosis in a War-torn and Highly Stigmatized Settings” programme.

 

This procurement is a part of the GFATM’s supported TB programme, and consists of RECONSTRUCTION AND VENTILLATION INSTALLATION WORKS in the health facility in Banja Luka.

 

All companies that are interested in and registered for the provision of mentioned works are invited to obtain bidding documents and to submit their bid for the following works:

 

 

·         Reconstruction of Microbiology Laboratory at the Institute of Public Health of Republika Srpska in Banja Luka with the installation of ventilation system for S3 laboratory (supply and installation of devices and equipment)

 

Bidding documents will be available every working day from 08:30 to 17:00 hours, from  04 December  2009 only at:

All bids must be submitted by 12:00 hours, December 21, 2009 (Thursday)  on the above mentioned address.

 

Bid opening session will take place the same day at 14:00 hours.

 

A site visit will be organized, so that prospective bidders can familiarize themselves with the required works at the spot.  The exact date and time of the visit can be found in the bidding documents.
