Provision of Coffee Shop and Bar Services at Regional Headquarter (RHQ) in Mitrovica, Kosovo

The United Nations Interim Administration Mission in Kosovo (UNMIK) intends to launch tender to establish a Contract for the Provision of Coffee Shop and Bar Services at Regional Headquarter (RHQ) in Mitrovica, Kosovo, at no cost to UNMIK. The number of personnel working in the area is up to 50 staff. UNMIK cannot guarantee how many of them will use the services. The facility will be open from 08.30 hours to 17.00 hours, Monday to Friday, except UN Holidays. The Coffee Shop and Bar Services have to be provided at no cost to UNMIK with all products sold at commercially accepted rate. The services will include, but it will not be limited to the following: 1) breakfast (toasts, cakes, etc…); 2) All day (a call order menu will be available with such items as sandwiches, pastas and salads); 3) Take-away / Delivery service (this service should be available using appropriate products to assist with hygienic and heat retentive carriage. Napkins and plastics are to be included). This Contract is intended to be issued for one (1) year, with the possibility to extend for another two (2) additional one year periods (1+1). The Contractor shall be in possession of all relevant permits, amongst them but not limited to the “Business Registration Certificate and License” for the provision of Coffe Shop and Bar Services in Kosovo.
