Description
The World Health Organization (WHO) invites vendors to submit an Expression of Interest (EOI) for the provision of Audio and Video Conference Concierge Services and the rental of remote video conference rooms for WHO HQ organized conferences, which address the following objectives:
- Manage the Audio and Video conference scheduling of around 50 videoconferences and 20 audioconference weekly
- Make technical arrangements with organizers in WHO Headquarters and participants that could be in WHO offices or anywhere in the globe.
- Provide for support during meetings
WHO intends to invite selected vendors to participate in a formal solicitation, via a Request for Proposals (RFP), at a later stage, for the above requirements. Complete details of the requirements will be included in the solicitation documents.
