Description

The IT Unit provides ICT services and technical support to UNDP and 12 UN Agencies (70 persons) within UN House. These services are defined by client need and delivered in accordance with UNDP’s best practices for implementing ICT services.

UNDP Brussels Office is seeking to Identify an on-call based ICT technical support services for its own end user Desktop/Laptop and computer equipment including servers. The Terms of References outlines that the contract shall use as a basis for the “On-Call Installation, configuration and troubleshooting of Computer Hardware and Peripheral Equipment.”

The selected IT Company will maintain and monitor on-call basis all active network equipment in order to ensure smooth network operation and assist in any other ICT related tasks assigned by the ICT Manager. The selected company will be able to provide IT technical support services to UNDP and sister Agencies on their own ICT Projects (Cloud storage, set up a VPN connection between office locations and create SharePoint work floors, maintain and upgrade local servers).
