This correspondence is circulated to all participants whether they initiated the query or not.1. Question:Kindly specify if the grasscutters should be selfdriving models (4 wheels) or just "pull and press" versions (2 wheels)?Answer: The machines we are looking for are the hand held ones (with sling attached for further support). These machines have no wheels as they are just light machines. Operators move around with as they cut the grass hence the need for a sling as part of the accessories being ordered.2. QuestionHonda Grass Cuter, module UMK 435 UEDT - comes only with engine 35 cc - 4stroke not 49 cc as you mentions in specifications. please advice if honda UMK is acceptable?Answer We require the minimum engine size as 49CC. The suppliers have to provide the minimum engine capacity as detailed in the tender docuement.3. Question:Consignee details, the delivery would be to Juba, South Sudan. thus is the customs clearance would be on vendor or consignee? AnswerYes, the vendors are to handle all customs and clearance and delivering to our warehouse in Juba, South Sudan.We look forward to receiving your tender.Thank youHarriet

The machine comes complete.Thank youHarriet  The requirmenet specifiesHonda/Kawasaki/Stihl branded  or equivalent Heavy Duty Grass cutterHeavy Duty grass trimmer with minimum engine of 49cc either 2 stroke or 4 stroke engineAre these one item or a Grass cutter separate and a trimmer separate.
