Construction of 50Man Ablutions, 300Man Kitchens, 100Man Septic tanks and 100Man Soakage Pits

The United Nations Support Office for AMISOM (UNSOA) requires contractual services for the construction of 50Man Ablutions, 300Man Kitchens, 100Man Septic tanks and 100Man Soakage Pits for the African Union Mission in Somalia (AMISOM). The required work include the following: a) Provision of all calculations and plans for the required structural design, plumbing design and electrical design; b) Site Clearing and Ground Preparation; c) Provision and construction of WC/Shower Ablutions; d) Provision and construction of Septic Tanks and Soakage Pit/Trenches; e) Provision and construction of Kitchen facilities; f) Provision and installation of Sanitation System, Water Supply System including water storage and booster pumps; g) Provision and installation of Rain Water Collection System; h) Provision and installation of Walk/Pathways; i) Provision and installation of Electrical and Lighting System; j) Site Cleaning and Greening (tree planting) works. This Request for Expression of Interest (EOI) does not constitute a solicitation. UNSOA reserves the right to change or cancel the requirements at any time during EOI and/or solicitation process. Submission of a reply to this EOI does not automatically guarantee that such firm will be considered for receipt of the solicitation when issued. Only vendors, deemed qualified upon completion of an objective evaluation of their submission of EOI, will receive the final tender solicitation document.
