Provision of Hotel Accomodation and Conference Services for a United Nations Retreat

The United Nations Office for the Coordination of Humanitarian Affairs (OCHA) is hosting a retreat for Humanitarian Coordinators, UN Resident Coordinators and sernior management during the period of 01 June to 08 June 2018. The retreat will take place in Montreux or Lausanne, Switzerland. OCHA are seeking expressions of interest from hotels in Montreux or Lausanne, which can provide accommodation and conference services for 120 participants during the period 1-7 June 2018. The hotel should have the capability and capacity to provide the following: - Single rooms with private bathrooms for all participants, according to the schedule in the "Specific Requirements" below; - A plenary room capable of hosting 120 participants and with a "cabaret-style" layout; - A minimum of four (4) breakout rooms; - The hotel must be located in Montreux or Lausanne, Switzerland; - The hotel must be of a 4-Star standard or above; Interested hotels should complete the below vendor response form and submit it by the indicated deadline. Detailed requirements will be provided as part of the bidding documents.
